Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His international success has seen his rise into the mainstream of Latin music. In 2016, his hit Una Lady Como Tu was the winner of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for Best Song in 2017. The artist released his debut long-player ADN for the Medellin-based Sony-distributed La Industria Inc. The album reached number 8 in the Top Latin Albums Chart. The following year he joined Ozuna on their Top Five smash Vaina Loca. In the year 2020, he teamed up with Noriel for Mala Influencia and dropped the album Dopamina in the following year. He appeared later in 2021 performing a duet TINI on her smash streaming single Maldita Foto. 2000 also saw the huge hit La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo is a product of a musical family His mother and brother have been musicians. According to Turizo, music was a fundamental part of his life. Growing up, he instructed to play the saxophone, piano as well as guitar. His first career choice was to become a vet But his older brother Julian convinced him to study to sing with the help of a Cuban teacher.
